Execution Only Product Service Provision

The following document is designed to provide you with an overview of the process of and the implications of proceeding with, an Execution Only service rather than a standard advisory service.

You have recently enquired about your options to switch rates with your Lender, also known as a product transfer. The purpose of this document is to provide you with more information on the product transfer service we provide and to summarise the key terms that will apply when we provide our service to you. If at any point you are unsure about any aspect of the process, please let us know.

You have advised that you are seeking to change your current mortgage product with your current lender, and you are not looking for any advice on a possible alternative mortgage. Should you change your mind and wish to be advised on possible alternative mortgage(s), please let us know so we can assist you further.

By instructing us to proceed with arranging your Product Transfer on an Execution Only basis, the following conditions form part of our Terms of Business and will apply as part of our terms of service:

First Union does not charge a broker fee for our product transfer service but will receive a procuration fee from the lender after completion, which will be disclosed to you in writing.

First Union takes no responsibility for the suitability of your chosen mortgage product, as we have not assessed the suitability of this product as you have opted for an Execution Only service rather than a full advisory service.
